Interiors for Modern Living is an award-winning, full-service Design + Build firm located in the heart of Silicon Valley, serving the Greater Bay Area and beyond. 

“Modern” living means something different to everyone, and the overarching goal is to delve into the mindset of our clients to deliver a home environment that achieves their vision of modern living.  That may be creating a technology-driven, wireless-controlled smart house from the ground up or it may mean designing a fully functional, self-serve, grab-and-go kitchen pit stop for active families on the run.  At its core, Interiors for Modern Living revolves around creating sanctuary spaces that enhance how we live today.

The most crucial part of the design process is the discovery phase. Open and comprehensive discussions beyond stated design goals often reveal underlying factors that may not have been articulated.  What elements of an environment do they associate with feelings of comfort and serenity? What objects provide an emotional connection or pure aesthetic bliss.  What are project constraints? This discovery phase enables us to envision beautiful, meaningful spaces perfectly suited to clients’ personal lifestyle which is a formulation of the scope, budget and schedule.
